A history of great cheesemaking: Henri Willig and his wife started out in 1974 by taking a cheese-making course to get the most out of a dairy farm they inherited. Over the years, the farm burnt down and was painstakingly rebuilt, more farms and cheese production units were added, and the passion for cheese grew into an internationally-reputed business with exports to 25 countries and over a million customers a year enjoying the flavor of some of the best cheese in Holland.
