Two decades after its creation, Hemp Works has become an industry leader in the hemp business. Their aim since the beginning has been to produce an alternative to the mass-produced and synthetic clothes that were flooding the markets. Why hemp?
In terms of durability hemp is one of the strongest natural fibres. It's tough enough to withstand damage from the daily wear and tear and at the same time keeps you cool when it's hot and when the mercury dips its keeps you warm. Most of the HoodLamb gear is made out of a hemp and cotton weave. This results in clothes that are tough yet soft and also have great insulation against the elements. Both fibres are grown and harvested naturally in an effort to reduce the carbon footprint of Hemp Works. Hemp is really environmentally friendly. It doesn't require pesticides or fertilizers to grow, in fact it returns more nutrients to the soil and enriches it.

Hemp works is dedicated to the ideals of clean clothing and responsibly sourced raw materials. Hemp Works in-house clothing label, Hemp HoodLamb, is trendy and fashionable while being responsible too. The clothes are designed with inputs from street artists and fashion designers and have an international fan base.
